    It is in the homeowner,the realtor's and our best interest that full disclosure regarding the condition of the house be made.  No one wants an angry homeowner who feels like something was overlooked.

That being said, there is no reason to present findings in an alarmist manner. The house is the house, and informaton should be presented clearly and rationally without emotion, allowing all parties to move forward with clarity.
